How to tell if you are in the wrong place
#This post is part of my 30 days writing challenge.
I have made bad calls over the course of my life and will likely continue doing so but hopefully at a diminishing rate and risk. Having said that, those calls might have not taught me where the right place is but they have definitely taught me what the wrong place looks like.
You are in the wrong place if you are mostly talking.
You are in the wrong place if you are exactly told what to do.
You are in the wrong place if it lets you feel bad about yourself.
You are in the wrong place if the only thing that locks you in is $.
You are in the wrong place if you can’t disagree.
You are in the wrong place if you know the value of each person and don’t know what they value the most!
You are in the wrong place if feedback is only given when something bad happens.
You are in the wrong place if you can’t tell that it is the right place for a long time!!!
I WOULD HAVE STILL GOTTEN SOME OF THAT WRONG.
