You are What You Think you are

I casually chatted with Ahmed “The happiness guy” in our office where he prepares a reasonably acceptable coffee but he delivers it with an astonishing smile and high dosages of ❤️.

“How are you?”, I said. “alhamdulillah.”, he replied. Then, he smiled and pointed to his head while  widely opening  his eyes gate and uttered

if you think you are good, you will be good

💚+ve thoughts = Happy you.

💚I can be happy and yet be realistic

Bad “I am unfit, loser and out  of shape”

Better “I am unfit and out of shape”

Even better “I am unfit and I am exercising to be fit”

Every failure will show you how not to fail again; Every objection makes you one step closer to the truth; Every thought will create either a miserable you or a happy you. Pick wisely as you are in complete charge as Ahmed pointed out.
